The LIFEx (2021-1-IE01-KA220-VET-000034630) project aims to have a positive impact on European workplaces by providing a state-of-the-art immersive learning experience to support the development of soft skills as set out in the European LifeComp Framework (2020). Our partners come from Ireland, Italy, Romania and Portugal and the duration of the project is 2 years, from 2022 to 2024.
Through the LIFEx Project, partners will promote human empowerment by increasing the Personal, Social and Learning to Learn’ competencies of Europeans.
LIFEx will also increase the internal capacity of VET centres and schools by responding to trainees and labour market needs, by exploiting the use of virtual reality technologies.
The intellectual outputs of the project are:
- LifeComp competency matrix for experiential learning experiences.
- The LifeComp Experiential Learning Experiences training
- The tools for evaluating experiential learning experiences
- The booklet on the pedagogical approach of virtual reality in social skills
